Purpose
Review and approve or reject vacation requests submitted by employees.
After approval, the request moves forward according to company workflow (which may include HR validation).
Before You Start
The employee must have submitted a vacation request.
You must have the Manager profile.
The employee must belong to your team structure.
The vacation period must be valid according to company policy.
Steps
Go to Vacation in the left menu.
Click Managees Vacations.
Review pending requests.
Check requested dates and any additional options (e.g., selling vacation days if applicable).
Select one or more requests using the checkboxes.
Click Approve or Reject.
Confirm the action.
Verify the request status after saving.
Important Rules
Manager approval may not finalize the process if HR validation is required.
Once approved, changes may require rejection and resubmission.
Vacation rules follow the configured acquisition and concession periods.
Rejecting a request returns it to the employee for correction.

Issue: Approved vacation is not finalized

Issue: Vacation request does not appear
Likely cause: The employee has not submitted the request or is not in your team structure.

How to solve: Ask the employee to adjust the dates according to company policy.
