Guidelines for users with the “Manager” access profile

Approvals

Week Approval

To approve, reject, or reopen weeks for an employee:

  1. Access the “Time Entries” field in the menu on the left.

  2. At the top of the screen, select the “Managees Timesheets” option.

  3. Check pending weeks.

  4. Review hours worked and approve, reject, or reopen for adjustments.

  5. Approve or reject weeks individually or in bulk using the checkboxes on the left.

  6. Check that you have selected the correct option and click “Save”.


Important: For Reopening Weeks, the month must be opened first.. This reopening can only be done by a user with a financial profile.

General Requests Approvals

To manage requests sent by employees:

  1. Go to "General Requests" in the left menu.

  2. Review pending approvals.

  3. Approve or reject as per company guidelines.


Reimbursements Approvals

To manage reimbursement requests submitted by employees:

  1. Go to "Reimbursements" in the left menu.

  2. Review pending approvals and information submitted by each employee.

  3. Approve or reject as per company guidelines.


Vacation Approval

To manage vacation requests submitted by employees:

  1. Access "Vacation" in the menu on the left.

  2. In the top menu, click on “Managees Vacations”.

  3. Review pending approvals.

  4. Select one or more requests using the checkboxes.

  5. Approve or reject as per company guidelines.

Adjustments Approval (Method: Check-In Check-Out)

To approve or reject an adjustment to an employee's time sheet in the Check-In Check-Out method:

  1. Access the “Time Entries” field in the menu on the left

  2. Then click on "Managees Timesheets".

  3. Check the adjustment requests.

  4. Approve or reject requests individually or in bulk.



My Team

To check your team structure, just click on“My Team” in the menu on the left. If your profile is manager, you will be able to see the number of collaborators on your team and the hierarchical organization of the team. You can also filter your managers by name and save filters that are relevant.


Buddies also have access to this menu, but only to the table with fellows to access the history.


Important: from this screen you will be able to consult the history of those managed.


Reports

In Avenue Engage, you have access to a series of automatically generated reports. To access them, click "Reports" in the left-hand menu and select the desired report. They are:

  • Managees Monthly Report: Check each employee's total hours worked and bank of hours balance. For a detailed view of an employee's timesheet, click the corresponding blue arrow below the "Actions" field.

  • Managees Accuracy: Monitor your employees' accuracy when recording their workdays. Under "Actions," you'll find more details on how accuracy works and can make adjustments if necessary, according to company guidelines.

  • Managees Mood Report: Check the overall result of your employees' Mood Thermometer.
