How to Respond to a Feedback Request (Step-by-Step)

1. Open Your Feedback Requests

  1. Log into Avenue Engage.

  2. Go to Super Stars → Feedback.

  3. Select the MY Feedback tab.

2. Choose the Feedback Request

  1. Look for requests marked as Pending.

  2. Click the request you want to respond to.

3. Review the Information

Before answering, you will see:

  • Who requested the feedback

  • Any additional context they provided

  • The template/questions you must complete

4. Fill Out the Feedback Form

  1. Answer all required fields.

  2. Provide specific examples whenever possible.

  3. Depending on the configuration, your responses may include:

    • Ratings

    • Strengths and opportunities

    • Open text fields

    • Competency-based questions

5. Submit Your Feedback

  1. Click Submit.

  2. The requester will immediately see your completed feedback (unless the company uses moderation rules).
