How to Submit a Feedback Request (Step-by-Step)

1. Go to the Feedback Section

  1. Log into Avenue Engage.

  2. From the left-hand navigation, locate Super Stars.

  3. Click Feedback.

2. Start a New Feedback Request

  1. Click Ask for Feedback (top right corner).

  2. A new request form will open.

3. Choose Who Will Complete Your Feedback

  1. In the Request from field, select one or multiple colleagues.

  2. If allowed by your company’s configuration, you may choose people outside your immediate team.

4. Select the Template

  1. Choose the Feedback Template you want to use.

    • Templates vary depending on your organization's settings.

    • They may include competency questions, open text, ratings, or strengths/opportunities.

5. Add Context (Optional)

  1. If the template allows, add a message explaining why you are requesting the feedback or what you want the recipient to focus on.

6. Send the Request

  1. Click Send Request.

  2. The selected colleagues will receive a notification.

7. Track the Status of Your Request

You can monitor each request with one of the following statuses:

  • Pending – the person has not submitted feedback yet.

  • Done – feedback is available for you to view.

  • Declined – the recipient declined the request (if enabled by your company).

  • Canceled – the requester canceled the request
