Summary:
Learn how to use the Super Stars Home page to see your most important tasks at a glance: pending feedback, upcoming 1:1s, IDP progress, and performance results. This article explains each widget and how to act on items directly from the Home page.
Step-by-step instructions:
Open the Super Stars Home page
Log into Avenue Engage.
From the left navigation, under Super Stars, click Home (label may vary by tenant).
Top-level widgets (what they mean)
Pending Feedback to Give: shows feedback requests or open feedback templates waiting for your response.
Feedback About You: feedback others submitted about you that you haven’t acknowledged or acted on.
Upcoming 1:1s: list of scheduled one-on-one meetings with date and time.
IDP Progress: quick summary of open IDPs, percent complete, and overdue actions.
Performance History: past performance scores and recent review status.
Acting from the Home page
To give feedback, click the pending item in the Feedback widget; the feedback modal opens prefilled with context.
To acknowledge feedback about you, click the item and choose Thank you, Comment, or Go to IDP as suggested.
To open a scheduled 1:1, click the event to jump straight to the meeting record and add notes.
To open an IDP, click the IDP progress card to view details or update actions.
Filtering, sorting, and quick links
Use the filter or search field at the top of the Home page to find items by colleague name, topic, or date.
Quick links at the top or side let you jump to full Feedback, 1:1s, IDPs, or Performance Reviews sections.
Notifications & best practice
The bell icon shows unread actions. Clear items by completing or snoozing them.
Check Home at the start of your day to prioritize coaching and review tasks.
Quick tips
If you don’t see expected widgets, check your role (contributors vs managers vs admins) and contact your admin if a module should be available.
Use the “Go to IDP” shortcut from feedback entries to turn feedback into actionable development goals.
Common issues
I see stale items that are already handled. Refresh the page or clear cache; if the item still shows, the workflow might be waiting for another participant.
