Login — How To: Access Engage (First Access and Login Issues) (Employee)

Purpose

Access Engage for the first time or resolve login problems. After completing this process, you should be able to log in successfully or know exactly who to contact.


Before You Start

  • You must have an active user registered by your company.

  • You must use the same email registered in Engage.

  • Confirm with HR whether your company uses:

    • Email + password login

    • Google login

    • Both options


Steps

First Access (New User)

  1. Open the Engage login page.

  2. Check your email inbox for:

    • Login instructions

    • Temporary password

  3. Enter your registered email and the temporary password.

  4. You will be redirected to create a new password.

  5. Create a secure password and confirm.

  6. Log in using your new password.


If you did not receive the temporary password:
7. Click Forgot my password.
8. Follow the instructions sent to your email.
9. Check your spam folder if needed.


Regular Login

  1. Go to the Engage login page.

  2. Enter your registered email.

  3. Choose the correct login method:

    • Enter password, or

    • Click Sign in with Google (if enabled).

  4. Click Login.


If Login Fails

  1. Click Forgot my password.

  2. Follow reset instructions.

  3. Try logging in again.

  4. If still unsuccessful, confirm with HR:

    • Your email is correctly registered.

    • Your account is active.

    • Which login method applies to you.


Important Rules

  • Password reset emails are sent only to registered emails.

  • Multiple failed attempts may temporarily block your account.

  • Only HR or system administrators can reactivate inactive users.


Common Issues

Issue: I did not receive the first access email
Likely cause: Email delivery delay or incorrect email registered.
How to solve: Click “Forgot my password.” If no email arrives, contact HR to confirm your registered email.


Issue: “Invalid email or password” message appears
Likely cause: Incorrect password or wrong login method.
How to solve: Reset password or confirm whether you should use Google login.


Issue: My account is blocked or inactive
Likely cause: Multiple failed login attempts or inactive user status.
How to solve: Contact HR or system administrator to reactivate your account.
