Purpose
Register an absence so the week can be submitted without missing days.
Before You Start
Day must not contain time entries in the same period
Required documents must be available if mandatory.
Steps
Go to General Requests.
Click "+ New Request".
Select absence type.
Fill required fields.
Attach documents (if required).
Save and track status in My Requests.
Important Rules
Some requests require mandatory attachments.
Absence must be approved before submitting your week.
Common Issues
Issue: I cannot submit week due to missing day
Likely cause: No time entry and no approved absence.
How to solve: Submit appropriate absence request and request manager approval
