How to Add Topics to a 1:1 Agenda (Step-by-Step)

1. Access the Meeting

  1. Log into Avenue Engage.

  2. Go to Super Stars → 1:1.

  3. Select an Upcoming 1:1 meeting.

2. Add Topics to the Agenda

Inside the meeting page:

  1. Scroll to the Agenda section.

  2. Click Add Topic.

  3. Enter a title such as:

    • Project Updates

    • Roadblocks

    • Feedback discussion

    • Career development

    • Next steps

3. Add Details (Optional)

You may add:

  • Notes

  • Links

  • Supporting documents or examples

4. Save the Agenda

  1. Click Save Topic.

  2. Your manager or direct report will immediately see the update.
