How to Add Topics to a 1:1 Agenda (Step-by-Step)
1. Access the Meeting
Log into Avenue Engage.
Go to Super Stars → 1:1.
Select an Upcoming 1:1 meeting.
2. Add Topics to the Agenda
Inside the meeting page:
Scroll to the Agenda section.
Click Add Topic.
Enter a title such as:
Project Updates
Roadblocks
Feedback discussion
Career development
Next steps
3. Add Details (Optional)
You may add:
Notes
Links
Supporting documents or examples
4. Save the Agenda
Click Save Topic.
Your manager or direct report will immediately see the update.
