Purpose
Update a managee’s accuracy score when inconsistencies were incorrectly triggered or need manual validation.
After saving, the accuracy indicator is updated immediately and the action is logged in the system.
Before You Start
You must have the Manager profile.
The employee must belong to your team structure.
The period (day, week, or month) must be accessible.
You must provide a mandatory justification to complete the change.
Steps
Go to Reports in the left menu.
Click Managees Accuracy Report.
Locate the managee that requires adjustment.
Click on the employee’s name.
Select the appropriate tab: Days, Weeks, or Months.
Identify the item with incorrect accuracy (indicated by a negative status icon).
Click on the accuracy indicator.
Enter a justification for the change.
Click Save to confirm.
The accuracy score will update immediately.
Important Rules
A justification is mandatory for every accuracy change.
Updating accuracy overrides the system validation for that specific period.
This action does not edit time entries; it only adjusts the accuracy status.
The change is recorded in the system for audit purposes.
Common Issues
Issue: Managee does not appear in the Accuracy Report
Likely cause: The employee is not in your reporting structure or has no accuracy records for the selected period.
How to solve: Verify the team hierarchy in My Team and confirm the correct period filter.
Issue: Cannot update accuracy
Likely cause: Insufficient permissions or restricted period access.
How to solve: Confirm your Manager profile permissions with Admin or HR.
Issue: Accuracy changed but inconsistencies still exist
Likely cause: Updating accuracy does not correct underlying time entry issues.
How to solve: Review the employee’s time entries and correct the original inconsistencies if necessary.
