Accuracy - How Managers Access Accuracy Reports

Summary


Managers can review the accuracy of their team’s time entries and make adjustments when necessary.


Step-by-step instructions


  1. Log in to Avenue Engage.

  2. Go to Reports > Managees Accuracy Report.

  3. Locate the managee whose accuracy you want to review

  4. Select a Managee

  5. Click the managee’s row.

  6. Choose the Correct Tab

    1. Week for weekly submission issues

    2. Month for end-of-month problems

  7. Adjust the Accuracy

  8. Click the thumb icon next to the incorrect item.

  9. Enter a justification for the adjustment.

  10. Click Save.


Examples:


  • Employee forgot to Check-Out.

  • GPS failed during a mobile entry.

  • System or network issue prevented submission.
