Summary
Managers can review the accuracy of their team’s time entries and make adjustments when necessary.
Step-by-step instructions
Log in to Avenue Engage.
Go to Reports > Managees Accuracy Report.
Locate the managee whose accuracy you want to review
Select a Managee
Click the managee’s row.
Choose the Correct Tab
Week for weekly submission issues
Month for end-of-month problems
Adjust the Accuracy
Click the thumb icon next to the incorrect item.
Enter a justification for the adjustment.
Click Save.
Examples:
Employee forgot to Check-Out.
GPS failed during a mobile entry.
System or network issue prevented submission.
